Im in the Ambush!

I’m in the action now!!!! Nothing but the wind and rain in my face, i finally strung away from Fossie and the gang! I joined the Greenies and took off too some unknown place! They probably think I’m crazy. I'm not crazy! I cut off all my hair you know! Now i feel like a real soldier here in Vietnam. I disappeared and left Fossie to go here, i hope he's not to worried about me! I don’t know if I will ever go back though, its too uptight there. Here i can run around in the shit fields and hide from the enemy! Its so exciting. I am a real life soldier! Ha.. ha-ha.. ha-ha-ha-ha! They will never find me. I'm far too clever! I have more education than 20 of these boneheads put together! I will miss the soldiers that are back home though, they taught me how to survive out here, how to find my own food and be as cautious as possible!!! I will be the first and greatest women soldier that ever lived!! I will be legendary and no one will ever stop me!
Well this is the last post I will ever do because I will never be back!

Au revoir, forever.

In Vietnam

I have already been here for a week and Fossie and I have been next to eachother the entire time! We have been having a grand old time! It's a really great experiance here, and i'm becoming closer to Fossie. I am very interested in what my darling Mark has been going thru! Dont get me wrong, I loved visiting with the other soldiers too. I liked asking them questions about Vietnam/war like, What exactly was a trip shot?, How did a claymore explode?, What's behind those creepy, wet, gross green mountains to the west? I'm very curious about this place, I want to explore some more of it. Maybe next week I will convince Fossie to take me to some more places. I really like it over here, I'm learning so many new things, like how to cook from scratch and how to take care of myself. I like how its so different over here. You actually have to get down and dirty and fend for yourself, while back home Mom and Dad pretty much helped me with everything. It's a really great change, and im feeling very independent! Well I think as long as I'm here, I might as well learn something. So long for now!

Heading to Vietnam!

I’m on my way to Vietnam! Isn’t this exciting? I am on a plane right now just hours away from Fossie; I think he’s crazy for finding away to get me there! What a sweetheart, he’s risking everything just to see me! Well I am a little nervous and such but I’m sure just seeing Fossie it will be worth it. He has told me all about his plans for when I arrive. We are planning on soaking up every moment we can with each other. Taking long beautiful walks, playing volleyball, pitching our own tent! I am looking forward to just being with my Fossie! I’m getting butterflies in my stomach, or maybe that’s just queasiness from the plane ride. But were nearly landing and I need to wake up my legs so… Wish me luck!

Letters From My Romeo

Hello there, my name is Mary Ann. I am sitting at home in my cottage, reading these letters from my true love over and over again. Oh how i miss him. Mark Fossie is his name. A charming, ruggid fellow with the highest amount of enthusiasm i have ever heard. I cannot wait until the day he comes back home to me. In these letters he tells me about his journey with his platoon and how he has do stay in foxholes at night hoping that he doesn’t get found. Oh how it's intriguing to me, all the blood and dirt. I really hope that he doesn’t get killed in Vietnam, I hope to marry this man someday! If only he would pop the question already. Mark and I have been together since elementary school. From the first time he stole my orange crayon I knew he was the one. I’m surprised i haven’t gotten sick of him yet. Oh well i have some stuff to do now so, so long till next time!

Au revoir,

Mary Ann
